relaxing of the superficial muscles and to normalize their tone, as well as reduce the tension in the fascia. The preliminary work allows to shift superficial muscle layer and expose deeper muscular and fascia layers for stimulation

Sports Massage:
 reduces the possibility of injury and the loss of mobility, aid in the cure of injured muscle tissue and restore mobility, boost athletic performance, and enhance endurance

Cranial Sacral Therapy:
  is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance.

 Reflexology is the application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the feet, hands, or ears. Reflexologists believe that these areas and reflex points correspond to different body organs and systems, and that pressing them has a beneficial effect on the organs and person’s general health
